Strategic Roadmap
Technological Modernization & Sustainable Logistics (2025–2030)
The Colombian transportation ecosystem is navigating an aggressive transition toward environmental sustainability and digital accountability. With national targets to lower logistics carbon footprints under CONPES 3982, fleet managers in major integrators (such as Bucanero, Avidesa Mac Pollo, and Nutresa) are demanding smarter, electrified, and telemetry-linked vehicles.
Our research and development pipeline for "Other Vehicles" serving the Colombian market prioritizes three core vectors:
1. Hybrid & Pure New Energy (NEV) Agri-Logistics: Integration of high-density LFP battery architectures adapted for commercial chassis, powering both propulsion and heavy discharge augers to eliminate diesel emissions inside poultry houses and enclosed feed mills.
2. Edge-AI Biosecurity Monitoring: Machine-vision sensors tracking animal respiration rates, thermal mapping of chick crates in transit, and continuous carbon dioxide monitoring to prevent suffocation during mountain-pass traffic hold-ups.
3. Autonomous Handling Interfaces: Seamless robotic docking between field harvesters and biosecure highway trailers, eliminating human contact with live broilers and closing the biosecurity loop against global avian pathotypes.
